From a range of composite materials such as; aramid, carbon or glass, CTS can fabricate your prototype(s) before the investment of production tooling. Whether it’s to prove “form, fit and function” or full size “mock-ups” for design evaluation, we can tailor a system to meet your needs. Inexpensive master(s) are utilized and in many cases these can be re- used for machining nests for part trimming /drilling.
